Soccer Mom Part 2

I wanted to take a little trip down memory lane so I could see how much Evan has grown during his soccer career. The one thing that hasn't changed is the grin on Evan's face when he plays.

2007

Evan's first year. I forgot how chubby his cheeks were!

2008

This was Evan's silly year. He had the basics down and learned that pushing people in order to get the ball was against the rules. He only slipped up occasionally.

Soccer Mom

I am a soccer mom and proud of it! Here are some pictures from the kids first games on Saturday. Lorelai had so much fun running after the ball and playing with all the kids. Somehow she ended up with a jersey the same size as Evan's, but we still think she looks cute!

The throw in.

I just thought this one was funny. You can see that Lore threw it straight at the little boy who is not paying attention. I love three-year-old soccer!

Check out the guy in the background. I came home from UT to meet my new mustache man.

After Lorelai's game I had to run to the Primary Activity, but Eric took lots of pictures and said Evan did great. I guess the ball just kept on coming to Evan.

Phew! It was hot!

Evan is an expert thrower although he hasn't learned that front flip throw-in the pro soccer players can do. Maybe next year. ;-)

Good job buddy!

Ode to Eric

Does anyone have a better husband than mine? He let me leave him alone for two weeks and he bought me a new, awesome phone after I washed mine in the laundry. Eric is a great provider and somehow manages to hang on while I'm a crazy pregnant lady. Here are a few pics from the camera on my new Palm Treo. Thanks Honey!

This is Lori with my cute nephew Xander on the Frontrunner.

Reid draws up the plans...

and Lorelai builds it. Aren't they a good team?

Having Fun!

Hey all! I had big plans to update the blog, but the memory card on my camera had other plans. All my pictures were deleted when there was a glitch in the memory card. :-( Luckily, my awesome sister has been taking tons of pics and is making a CD. I will update soon!

The plane ride was awesome due to the fact that Pres. Bennett (our Stake President) and his son ended up being on both flights with us. The kids love them both and it made the trip so much better especially when our flight was delayed in Chicago and when Pres. Bennett carried Evan off the plane for me after he had fallen asleep. The Lord really blessed us on this trip. I definitely owe those guys a Cheesecake.
