Curlers

I put Lorelai's hair in curlers for the Pancakes and Pajamas primary activity. It was just for fun and I thought she would want me to take them out as soon as we got home. She surprised me by wearing them all day and through the night.

It's amazing what 7 curlers can do. I used to love/hate it when my mom put curlers in our hair. I loved it because I felt gorgeous when my hair was done, but sleeping on curlers is not fun. Anyway, here's the finished product!

Recap

I was thinking nothing has happened to report about in the last couple weeks, but when I looked at the camera I saw some cute pictures I wanted to share.
This was a couple days after Christmas. All the kids wanted to sleep in Evan's one-man tent.

Evan and Eric are both serious guitar players. This was on New Years Eve. You can't really tell, but Evan is actually wearing two sweatshirts. I love that kids style.

Reid is quite the little sweeper. He will walk around for 20 minutes sweeping everything in sight. I had a video, but it was too dark. I'll plan better next time!

Eric has been wearing his U of U hat a LOT lately (hmm, I wonder why?). Lorelai wanted to match.

Last, but not least, I had a fun and uneventful birthday Wednesday. My AWESOME friend Melissa brought us a delicious dinner and the best spice cake I have ever had. Evan and Lore took most of the pictures on my birthday night so their wasn't much to share, but here's one of the cake! Thanks again!

Primary Activity

We had an awesome Primary Activity today. Sister Watson planned and executed the whole thing. I couldn't find my camera (of course) so check Jessica's blog for pictures. And yes, that is my son putting on a tiara.
